Decisions:
1# BioCamp to be held during 3-6 September 2015 at Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI).
2# Needle gun (used by diabetics for blood sugar self-check) is to be bought for Module 101.
3# Probable guest list for the closing ceremony may include…

* Dean of Biology Faculty of DU/JU
* MD of Prime Bank
Before sending invitation letters to the guests, her/his participation MUST be confirmed by talking personally.
4# Letters are to be sent to all local and national newspersons. All dispatches of letters are to be done by Auniruddha.
5# Name of the BioCamp will be: Prime Bank – BRRI First National BioCamp 2015. In the banner, it MUST be mentioned that Prime Bank has funded the camp and BRRI has provided overall support.
6# A brief presentation on IBO2015 experience of Prof. Dr. Md. Shahidur Rashid Bhuiyan, should be presented by himself at the closing ceremony at the presence of all guests, participants, newspersons, campers and their guardians.
7# Entertainment for the guests attending the closing ceremony MUST be arranged beforehand. All (at most five) guests MUST receive crests. There should be a separate venue crest for BRRI.
8# After BioCamp, a meeting should be called which will finalize and pass bdbo constitution. Then it will be authorized and documented by a Notary Public lawyer. Financial matters of bdbo so far will also be discussed in the same meeting. Finally, both the approved constitution and financial balance sheet will be published in the official website for public viewing.
9# Letter to ACI Agrobusiness is to be drafter after consulting Prof. Dr. Md. Shahidur Rashid Bhuiyan. Before delivering the letter, Auniruddha will also consult Prof. Dr. R H Sarker.
